Mari-Tech Conference and Exhibition has always been in a class of its own. The Canadian Institute of Marine Engineering is internationally recognized for its marine engineering conference, featuring technical symposiums and workshops, which are hosted by the CIMarE Branches across the country.
This year, it will be presented by the St. Lawrence Branch. Mari-Tech 2017 will also be sponsored by the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, Eastern Canadian Section. On April 20 th and 21st, five hundred marine engineers and architects will converge on Montreal.
The conference theme this year is: 21 st Century Marine Engineering: Efficient and Eco Systems.
In an ever changing industry, this conference brings together leaders in the field from around the globe. Such a gathering of interdisciplinary experts enables discussion amongst marine engineers and policy makers, enhancing collaboration and training the next generation of engineers and architects alike. As well, it is a key opportunity to foster national and international partnerships and alliances.
